They did not remove old water heater from property. I think I was overpriced. They shut the main gas off to the house. Did not bother to reline the furnace after they installed the water heater. I am a disabled senior and I figure for the $1600.00 they got paid they would have done more to satisfy their customer.

He quoted one price and the charged almost a hundred dollars more (more than 25% of the job). When I asked why he said trip charge and taxes. I asked why that wasn't in the quote and he said I don't do it that way. Also he left the area a complete mess and didn't even install what I wanted. I really would not recommend at all.

Sam answered my Home Advisor request within 5 minutes of making it. He came out and gave us an estimate. He worked with us to complete the water heater replacement the same day and within estimate.

The project was good went to work right away and did not stop until he completed.

The crew came over tor a walk-around and determined that the water softener needed to be installed on an electrical line from the outside circuit breakers area. They will install it the next time I am out at the worksite. They did not charge at all for the walk-around. I will definitely call them again for the actual installation. They have three technicians who work together to ensure all is done correctly
