"I have reviewed this information and it was fixed right the first time, all parts were thoroughly checked, it is not fair to give my business the lowest score because your mad that another part went out down the road. My prices are more than fair, I go 20% lower than the NAFTA blue book pricing on all jobs with their flat-rate pricing. I give estimates before any work is performed, so why did you accept the estimate and pay if the service was so bad. I cannot predict if another part is going to go out and I always tell customers if I think the machine is too old or not worth fixing. please reconsider your score for my business!"
