Cliff was very fast in solving the issue with our dryer. He described the problem and gave me a price to fix it in less than an hour. I will hire him back if have any other issues. I would highly recommend using Always Affordable Appliances!

Cliff took a lot of time and effort to find the problem with my Oven. He explained what the cause was and fixed it. He was very professional and completed the repair quickly. If I ever need another appliance repair I will not only use his company, but will request him personally.

This repair was on a very, very old Kenmore machine. They were relentlessly diligent in both finding the part and insuring it was the correct part. It took a little time, but they got it and came out the next day to install it. Very professional and personable service. I would recommend Always Affordable Appliance to ANYONE. This is a small family business and a pleasure to deal with. I thank them sincerely!

The technician spoke with me about what he was looking for as he addressed the repair needs for our clothes washer. He determined that the repair needed would require the replacement of our washer's transmission and explained that the repair would cost more than $800 and that we would be better off replacing the washer with a new machine. We paid the minimum fee for his recommendation. I appreciate honesty above all else when it comes to repairs and quotes and I feel that is what we got.

"I have reviewed this information and it was fixed right the first time, all parts were thoroughly checked, it is not fair to give my business the lowest score because your mad that another part went out down the road. My prices are more than fair, I go 20% lower than the NAFTA blue book pricing on all jobs with their flat-rate pricing. I give estimates before any work is performed, so why did you accept the estimate and pay if the service was so bad. I cannot predict if another part is going to go out and I always tell customers if I think the machine is too old or not worth fixing. please reconsider your score for my business!"

Took my money and never returned to fix my dishwasher. Strung me along via text for two weeks. Spent 4 separate days waiting for him to show up. Then ghosted.more mad at myself

"I charged 50 to come out and diagnose the dishwasher, ordered the part and it was a special order so it toOK 7 to 10 business days. And when It did arrive come to find out the parts house ordered the wrong part, at that point I let customer know what had happened and they said that they called someone else."

I hired him in May 2017 to fix my dryer. He was fabulous. Fixed the problem and didn't push a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I was thrilled. In late June my oven went out. I dug out my receipt for the dryer and called Cliff. Left a voicemail. No return call. Waited a couple days. Called again and left another voicemail. No return call. Tried a third time, not because I'm a glutton for punishment but because I was so happy with the dryer repair. Now his voicemail box is full. I thought maybe he was out of town for the 4th of July holiday. I didn't call a fourth time but I was still hoping he'd get through his voicemails and call me with some reasonable explanation. Nothing. I've now moved on to another contractor and won't be using this one again. I see another negative review from around the 4th of July. Not sure what happened with this contractor but it's a shame.

He arrived late for the initial appointment for Monday, July 3. Then, he needed to remove a guard from the refrigerator back. He only removed 3 screws and bent the guard back, leaving it bent and damaged. I complained and he bent it back as best he could. He needed to buy the part he needed, so He set up an appontment for the next day, July 4 at 10am. He did not show up or call. I called him at 10:30 and he did not seem to be aware that he had an appointment. Then he said he didn;t reealize he had set up the appt for the holiday. He said he would come back on Wednesday, Jul 5. Fifteen minutes before he was supposed to arrive, he texted me that the parts house did not have the part, and he ordered it next day and would come back on July 6. I decided I had had enough, so I tried to call him, but no answer an his voice mail box was full. I texted him to call right awat. He never did call. So I texted him to cancel the parts order immediately. Forty minutes later, he texted me that he had the Part( !!???!!) and he could still do the job. I said no. I wonder how he got the part as soon as I wanted to cancel. I feel like he was jagging me around, treating me disrespectfully and in fact dishonestly. Very unprofessional.

"I'm sorry but this guy was rude from the second I arrived, I was very professional and unfortunately he just wanted something done for free and I wasn't comfortable doing business with him to begin with. When you disrespect me for no reason and basically tell me how to do my job, that's not right. Everybody has that one customer and knows what I'm talking about"

Cliff Ladwig was thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. He fixed and cleaned our Electrolux Dryer, that had a serious electrical issue. I wish every Service Company/Person, was as meticulous as Cliff.

Cliff was in constant communication letting me know when he had the part for my oven. His dad came out to install the broken part and did it quickly. He even gave us a bunch of suggestions on how to clean de oven and keep it in good shape for many more years. Very highly recommended.
