I highly recommend Always Construction Services for any roofing repair. I filled out the contact information online and within an hour they called and scheduled an estimate. Received the estimate a day later. They tore down and rebuilt our roof in a timely manner. Very professional, showed up on time and worked very hard to make sure the job was done right. They also made sure to clean up really well. Everyone was kind and polite. Very communicative and checks in to make sure everything is going to our liking. Definition of a satisfied customer!!

We have relied on Always Construction in the past, and recently used their services again to replace an old wooden deck with one of Trex. They were also very effective in repairing a leak on the front porch, and repainting an outside wall and the entire side of our home that had been splashed with asphalt. They are dependable and you will not be disappointed!

Julian, Hector and the entire Always team did a great job on our deck demo. Friendly affordable service delivered on-budget, on-time. Would definitely hire again.

Review of Always Construction Services, Santa Fe â Always Construction Servicesâ owner Julian Moreno spent a good amount of time with us as we shared our thoughts regarding the renovations we hoped to realize. He was a good listener, very observant, and a great source of ideas regarding various ways that we could achieve our construction & renovation goals. It did not take long before we began to feel that Mr. Moreno cared a good deal about our level of â customer satisfactionâ , and that he wanted us to be completely satisfied when the job was done. The Always Construction Services crew that came out was exceptional! It was the same group of individuals every day, so they became very familiar with the job. Over a two-week period, we got to know them and they got to know us. These professionals worked thoughtfully and expertly. They did not cut corners. It was obvious that they took pride in their work, and that they carried their own standard of quality. For example, even though outside steps down to our garage had already received two coats of paint, when all was said and done and the job was being completed, one of the gentlemen repainted them again before leaving because a few minor chips of paint that had occurred during the course of up-and-down foot-traffic by the crew. At the end of every workday, photos of the dayâ s progress were taken by a crew-member, to be sent to Mr. Moreno. Regularly, Mr. Moreno would check-in with us and ask if we had any concerns with the dayâ s progress; he ended nearly every conversation by saying that he wanted to ensure that we were pleased with the way the job was proceeding. When the job was completed, Mr. Moreno came by and did a final walk-through with us. He asked us to touch base with him in 30 days to report any issues that might surface during that time. He presented us with the invoice for the balance-due. We assured him that he would be the first one we would call â and that we would not hesitate to recommend him to friends â when looking toward the next construction project.

Julian and his crew did a fantastic job on our stucco repairs and we're delighted with the work. They're detail oriented, accommodating, warm and friendly, reliable and trustworthy. I just had the entire exterior of my house painted by Always Construction. Last year they did a great job painting the entire interior of the same house. The outside now looks as good as the inside. I could not be more pleased. Julianâ s crew did an excellent job from prep to clean-up. When my neighbor expressed concerns about possible overspray affecting the side of his house, the crew placed plastic tarps along the length of his house to prevent any impact and ease his concerns. Julian visited and inspected the site multiple times during the many days they worked to power wash, mask, repair stucco, paint with Elastomere paint/coating and stain the canales and timber trim. The crew came back a few days later and touched up any spots that needed it, and even cleaned my skylights. I would highly recommend Always Construction if you want work done right and beautiful results.

Julian contacted me immediately after I requested a quote and was the first to provide one. I can t say enough about his and his worker s professionalism and attention to detail. It was an easy decision to hire Always and I have already recommended them to friends. The stucco repairs are a perfect match to the original and I am house proud again.

Julian is a great guy and his crew are excellent folks. They work with integrity, and provide quality service. Bathroom remodel, destruction to basics and restructure new walk-in shower. The crew was efficient, polite, trustworthy, showed up when supposed to, left the bathroom when days work done with a clean-up... Julian promised a quick job, no delays and he was right. I now have a beautiful new walk-in shower and tiled floors; my husband was able to install the toilet, vanity and cabinets on the new floor and walls. I love it!
