Since they installed our AC last year they never came back to service it now it is broken again its been 2 days tomorrow will be 3 with our AC in our home reporting to BBB borough with our complaint I have lung disease heart disease and these people keep telling us they're calling around to see who could come to our home to repair our AC unit had they showed up once within the year they put it in and service the AC unit that should have been in that was in or warranty someone should be here to replace it now I got to go through the better Business bureau go contact a lawyer and contact abc15 to see if I could get these people to fix our AC unit dont use this company what a headache my husbands 64 I am 59 we dont need this kind of service in our life horrible

Brad with this company was great to speak with, honest, personable, and you could tell he wanted to do right by you az one of his customers. His team was clean, courteous, and efficient in replacing our system. Do not bother with the big name companies. They are all about maximizing their profits and having you pay for their advertising. Alway Fair Heating and Air are all about taking care of you at a more than fair price. I can not recommend them enough.

Just wanted to share my experience with this company First of all I was a contractor hold 2 specialty lic so I v been around the construction side had a couple companies during that time I wanted to reach out to a couple Air Conditioning companies for knowledge and service with great reviews that would let me know who will be in my home with my family while Iâ m at work Out of the 10 plus companies I interviewed for the services this was the ONLY company that got back to me in a timely manner and responded to all my questions correctly, in the Air conditioning market now they have smart units that lower your utility cost and run on lower amperage instead of the conventional 220 volt once it turns on it sucks electricity like crazy until it cools , speaking to the multiple companies this company was the top that had knowledge of exposing the different Seers from the basic 14 that everyone signs up with to the cost effective efficient units Onsite work, Employees were clean and It was a Blessing speak to them in English and they understood Clean up was awesome Warrenty registrstion happened right after install was completed I canâ t even here the smart unit running Thank you so much for a real experience of real teamwork and a Breath of Fresh Air there still some good companies out there that treat your right with a fair price ð

Need A/c installed. Thought we had the inside unit but didn't. So had to install wiring and all inside and out. Was pleasantly surprised at the cost. The team was friendly and efficient. Had everything completed and running in 3 or 4 hours. It is nice to have a company I can trust I Highly recommend them .

THE ALWAYS FAIR HEATING & AIR TEAM HANDLED MY NEW HEAT PUMP PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY/INSTALLATION, FLAWLESSLY. THE SALES TEAM COORDINATED THE LOGISTICS OF MY DELIVERY/INSTALLATION, WHICH INCLUDED SUB-CONTRACTING FOR A CRANE TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE HEAT PUMPS. THE INSTALLATION PROCESS, WHICH IS EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS, BECAUSE IT INVOLVED HEAVY LIFTS AS WELL AS NUMEROUS DELIVERY VEHICLES, PROCEEDED FLAWLESSLY. I CONDUCTED MY WALK-THRU/INSPECTION OF THE COMPLETED WORK ON MY ROOF AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE OF THE CREW. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USE OF ALWAYS FAIR HEATING AND AIR.
