Avoid at all costs!!! Bait and switch: promised $100 and charged $250. It would have been more, but owner promised to lower price if I give him a good review. He said he would take 1-2 hours, but finished in 25 minutes. Shoddy job. Carpets looked exactly the same after cleaning.

This company did a great job on my carpets. They were in pretty bad shape and they brought them back to life. Ryan and his partner worked very quick and efficiently. I do wish that they were a little more meticulous, as far as getting corners and along the edges of the carpet. The pricing was very fair though, so I suppose that would have cost a bit more. Either way I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My house smells and looks so fresh now!

These folks are the real deal! We had pets and dirt and the carpets were in bad shape. All is terrific now! I m happy to bring my parents back to such clean carpets. Thanks, Ryan and team for such great work.

Very professional and did good work but the price was much higher than I expected.

I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to steer any potential customers elsewhere. You will get your carpet cleaned, it will smell good. That being said, you will also be price gouged for every penny, and I do mean every penny. 1 room with a pet stained carpet -420$. No room is worth that, could have gone somewhere else for the same work, the same smell, and less than half the price. You won t know anything close to what your are paying until they are already there, whatever they say on the phone is a made up number. So long story short, if you are extremely rich and want a decent carpet cleaning call these guys. Otherwise do some research and find one significantly cheaper

Carpet was in poor condition but after Steam Clean, Deep Scrub Method, Santizer and Fiber Protector the carpet looks AMAZING! Ryan and partner completed three rooms and hallway above our expectations, I highly recommend their services.

Did not wear booties, no cleaning straight lines, the area around the rug not cleaned adequately, the modular was wet but does not look cleaned at all. Left all the debris from the machine behind on my carpet and stairs. The pricing was not the same as quote, was way higher even after having some items taken away still not worth the monies spent.

The overall experience was ok. He didn't have the attachments for my stairway to get to the edges so I was disappointed. I did get the warranty and he agreed to come back to do another room in which he couldn't get to initially. He said due to wear and tear of the carpet all the stains couldn't be removed. Maybe my expectations was a little high.

Service seemed fine, cleaned 4 pieces of furniture. Price was more than I expected, even though I was told they threw in a discount. Noticed small after service and called them. They responded, scheduled a time to get back to me and never did. Have not hard from them since.

We would never recommend this company to anyone. Ryan gave us a price of 120.00 over the phone. When he arrived the following morning, he said the two pieces of furniture would require a special deep cleaning at a price of 333.00. The job took only took an hour of actual cleaning time. The following morning, when the furnature had completely dried, we noticed that a few areas on one of the pieces had been missed or only superficially attended to. We called Ryan immediately within 24 hrs, as his contract says, if you are not happy with our cleaning performance, again please call us within 48 hours and we will come back to fix the oversight&. Ryan agreeded to a return visit the following week. I called and Ryan scheduled the return visit, but he never showed up nor contacted me that he would not arrive for the follow up. This was repeated twice more...we agree on a scheduled time, he does not show up, does not notify. Ryan then stopped answering my calls and I havent heard from him since the last no show. Regretfully, we learned later that this company is not recommended by the Better Business Bureau due to excessive customer complaints. Stay away from Go All Green Cleaning.

Ryan was on time, he was courteous and most of all honest about the job and price. Was given a 3 year warranty and the next cleaning will be about half of the initial price. I will call him again for carpet cleaning.

No estimate before the work was started. I was told $50.00 per room. The final bill was $1450.00 and property is a single family home with four bedrooms, two hallways, and a spare room. Penmanship on the bill was unreadable and all the charges were not explained before or after the work was done. It was my mistake to not clarify what was going to happen. If they put the chemicals in the carpet that they charged me for, they had to have done it all at one time because they were there for more than two hours. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Arrived on time, Ryan was able to be flexible with meeting time. Cleaned vomit and pet odor in carpets - looks and smells great now. I would use their service again.
