I was expecting a deeper cleaning to my carpets for the price paid. Yes, my high traffic areas are a little worn but there are areas of the stairs and hallways that could have been better cleaned. There also are areas where it was spot treated that are very noticeable. One area that was cleaned well was the entrance from the garage. Good job on that part of carpet!

He was very punctual and arrived before the scheduled appointment time, which was great. He sized up the problem and project immediately and quoted the price for completing the job.As he performed the work he suggested adding additional treatment and increased the most almost 50% higher than the original price which was a little disturbing but I paid the price.
