On the day of the final load test and electrical permit inspection, all went perfectly. Dustin, a mechanical engineer and electrician, reviewed the generator operation in great detail. He was professional and very informativeâ  a great teacher. My compliments to him. Hats off to the office staff as well. I particularly want to mention Trishia, office manager. Her skill in juggling the schedules and our multiple requests has been outstanding. She demonstrates a 5-star rating for customer service. It has been a pleasure to work with her during the process from contract to completion. After comparing three companies, we selected Always On for our Generac whole house generator based on the recommendations of our neighbors and the companyâ  s competitive price. Installation top notch. Holiday, busy season and COVID-19 made office communication slower than expected.

Exceptional value on portable generator installation. William was very helpful, nice guy. Priced right! Big break in that they install gas tank and lines too, so you can do the install in 1 day! Totally trustworthy , highly recommended for your generator needs!

On time. On budget. Delivered as promised! Rare, these days!

William will work with whatever budget you have. We were on the fence about doing a standby generator. He took us out to our front yard and told us this is where we put the propane tank. OK that made us shiver in fright. So William came up with another plan that worked.

William is a pleasure to work with, and knows his generators. We chose the Kohler whole house product, and are pleased with the unit. The start to finish was a bit lengthy, but that was not an issue for us. William kept us informed throughout the process, the permits, inspections and install. He was present throughout most of the install and is hands on. Spent the time with us to assure our satisfaction. I highly recommend Always On Generators.

What a fabulous company! Always showed up when promised, always answered our many calls, polite, courteous & extremely professional both William, the owner and his workers. Installed our generator along with lights in our outdoor soffits without any problems whatsoever. We would absolutely recommend Always On and will continue to use them for any electrical needs we may incur. I just can't say enough about how extremely pleased both myself & my husband are-so happy we hired them!

what a great experience. I hired Always On to come in and do a panel upgrade and check out some problems we were having with my new home purchase. William did a great job of showing me what was needed and explaining my options to me.Very happy with my experience and i would 100% recommend to anyone in need of a good electrician.
