Always Open Locksmith

Went beyond my need for a new set of keys and adjusted the front door to close much better......appreciate it very much.....

He called very quicly after I submitted my request and arrived within an hour. From call to complete, teh project took less tahn two hours. Very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Outstanding quality and service. Was able to come help with my project the same day I called and met with me based on my schedule in the eveninig.

Would hire again

Good service, very responsive. Did job as promised.

Good customer interaction and effort in solving the problem.

Professional. Communicates well and of course does great work. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Benjamin came to my house and installed three knobs and deadbolts. He was very professional and got the work done in minimal time. Now, I don't have to fight with my doors when I look them. Would definitely recommend him to friends/collegues.

Very quick to respond, very knowledgible. worked quickly and was super professional.

Ben is pleasant, prompt, and very reasoably priced. He showed up early and did the job neatly and effectively. I called 4-6 other local locksmiths and they were either rude, shady sounding, or too busy to return my calls. Ben is obviously a go getter and I will refer him to friends again and again.

I found Always Open Locksmith on Service Magic, and was able to contact Benjamin quickly thereafter. He was able to get to my house the following day and not only repair two 85 year old locks---but also rebuild them so that the key they'd now use would match another one on my house. I could not have been more impressed by his skillset or professionalism. The price he charged was also very reasonable considering the problem that he solved for me. I would recommend his business to anyone---Benjamin Copeland of Always Open Locksmith is the best. Andy of West View, PA

I called Always Open Locksmith after phone tag with two different locksmith companies which lasted FOUR days!! Benjamin Copeland was so helpful on the phone and was able to be there the same day. His service was fast and he handled everything like a true pro. I would recommend him to ANYONE!! I would not use anyone else but Benjamin with 'Always Open' in the future.

He was very professional and explained everything he was doing.

Benjamin was great. He did a great job and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. He was on time and very curtious. I would recommend him to anyone.

Friendly, curtious, and showed me the problem and the fix so I would have to buy a new lock.

Efficient, Timely and Responsive to the request. Friendly. Also made billing arragements with our organization.

He was very friendly, affordable. Did the service promptly and did a very good job. Would definitely use him again!

We had no issues with Benjamin. He showed up ontime and did a great job. He also charged me less than his original quote, which was a nice surprise. We have had TONS of issues with contractors, including one that we sued that your company recommended to us. It felt so good to have hired someone to do a job and they did it with integrity. Thanks for recommending Always Open Locksmith!

Benjamin Copeland was on time, and explained what he was going to do before he did it. If Benjamin can be used as an example of the workmanship from Always Open Locksmith, we would be very happy to recommend him to anyone we know that needs a locksmith. We are very pleased with the outcome of the service he provided and appreciate his candor. Keep up the good work Benjammin.

He was tidy, helpful, personable, and reasonable, not to mention he installed good locks and did a great job. Great experience. If every home repair or home improvement vendor was like this there would be a lot more trust and happiness in the world!

Excellent service and great communication.

Up front pricing-no surprises. Showed up on time-called first. Attention to details, cleaned up afterward, and was thoroughly professional. Nothing negative to say and would recommend without hesitation!
