I don't give perfect scores, but this is as perfect as I give. Ed was prompt, cordial, efficient and productive. The only down side was the cost, but in reality, I did not have the tools, nor the time to complete these projects. I will use this company again for plumbing needs.

He called to say exactly what time he was coming and showed up within just a couple minutes. He tried to control the mess and offered to clean up more. He offered advice about patching the hole he made. He asked if I wanted to keep anything before he took any of the old parts. He was polite and prompt. I was not charged more than the estimate I was quoted and he also answered any questions I had.

We were concerned that the tech put that we had misused our drain on our receipt. We understand that he couldn't give us a warranty, but to put misuse in large letters as distressing. Plus once he pulled the washcloth out it should have been done, but he did additional flushing of the line. Next time we will go with the cheaper company.

"Our tech has been instructed to not put words in bold or all caps from now on. This call was over a holiday weekend and the tech charged only what he quoted before going to the job site. The flushing of the toilet after he was done is to ensure that it will not back up again after he leaves, just in case there were more washcloths or other items still in the line."
