Always Pure & Clear was honestly amazing from start to finish! After calling several plumbing/well service businesses with no response, I stumbled upon Always Pure on Google. I received a call back right away from Sam, who was so pleasant and truly accommodating. When she heard about the numerous issues my mom was having with her well system she was able to squeeze a visit into their schedule right away--without me even having to ask! Unfortunately, the well system at my mom's house had been seriously neglected as of late, due to the fact that my father has been very ill for months and just passed. We didn't know what to expect and were fearing the worst as there were leaks everywhere. Nate was a consummate professional and came right in and corrected the issues swiftly and effectively. He was honest and extremely understanding of the difficult situation my mom is currently going through and didn't want her to have to worry about a well at this particular juncture in her life. Always Pure, Nate and Sam acted with true heart, compassion and integrity and I cannot thank them enough!

-Very knowledgeable -Honest Found the problem in sprinkler system -turns out was not the pump- Was told by sprinkler co tech it was definitely the pump-without checking the pump or sprinkler system - turns out Always Pure saved me $1900 and fixed the issue… Would def recommend and will use services again in the future! They are really good with the well pumps, They fixed the part that needed to be changed and are coming back again for another problem.

Company installed a new well and Acid Neutralizer to my house system. As of this date 06/18/2021 job has not been completed to our specifications and we have to have a licensed plumber correct the mess that the owner made of our existing piping system to restore water pressure to what it should be . The trenching from the well site still has to be filled in after any heavy rain!!

Wow!!!!! Nate was very professional, he was on time, we told him the problem we were having he checked, we didn't know our pipe connected to our pump for our lawn was broken as we had a electrician 2 days before, he told us the situation and in no time it was done, I was do happy... Also want to mention customers service was profesdional and a pleasure to talk to.. excellent... Also the price was just right, my husband and I really appreciate their help..wow!!!!
