Would not recommend... I wish I could recommend him, but I had a mixed experience with Tom Bouch. Beware he puts on a 2% PER DAY late fee which is not stated anywhere in the invoice. This is also in violation of Virginia Law 6.2-400. He caused great delay during the sale of my house by agreeing to make fixes but then forgetting about it after his summer trip. Afterwards he had a take-it-or-leave-it attitude towards pricing and scheduling. I felt that I had to beg him to take on my requests. Also, his employee in charge of accounting, Luke, was very rude during his call with me, speaking in a commanding tone and hanging up on me when I had further questions. This was quite dissapointing since I previously had a good experience with him on another job.
