Drywalln painting bathroom remodeling, a deck and siding. Dry wall screws in ceiling back out. Chunks of tile grout fell out of tile in bathroom. They never finished the deck or siding. After 2 years I fired them and hired someone to fix their mistakes and finish the job. No very few reciets for building materials. Buying personal items with money given them for building supplies. I could write a novel.Jam

They returned my call in 1 day and scheduled my project in 2 days. I was impressed with our technician "Charlie", he was very polite and very professional. He did not hurry thru the job and he explained everything to me and how to work the controls for the stove. He cleaned up whatever mess he had and was very nice. I will surely call them if we need anything further.

I telephoned for an estimate, and I had an appt. with him for that estimate, he did not show up at the time, I left messages for him 3 times, and then told him not to continue coming. I am a small business owner, so lost money at my own business waiting for him.

I had two jobs to be done. The first job worked out great but the second one was disappointing. He showed up to do the job but the materials were not at the work site so he said he would come back in the morning. He showed up did the job and added an extra 100.00 to the bill because he had to make two trips. I am in business too, and I know good customer service means everything, it keeps customers coming back. I wont be back.

Contractor, Barry Williams was prompt, efficient and completed quality work in replacing my door locks. I had not yet purchased the lock sets when he arrived at my home, and Barry traveled to a local retailer a few miles away to make the purchase for me. That's great customer service.
