Nightmare..... Always Reliable is nothing but reliable!!!!!!!!! Headache after headache. The pool did not pass permits. Had to repair. Simon did no pay shot Crete guy after I paid Simon in full, cash. Shot Crete guy was threatening to put lien on my house. Finally, months later Simon paid for the shot Crete (subcontractor). When the pool was finished the jacuzzi leaked into the pool and was always extremely low. It took 4 trips out and months before this was repaired. Now, my new pump leaks, and 2 months later, he ignores my calls. He said he would clean the filter and it never happened. And the pool was not built to specific plans. The pool in the deep end is supposed to be 6ft deep. It is not, It is 5ft 7in. This is supposed to be fun and exciting building a pool, not a nightmare!!!!

Advised sales rep 2 separate times home is new construction. After the 1st missed appointment, I gave directions again took the day off. Confirmed the appt 2 days prior. I get call the day of and retune the call as well as text. Rep is approx 20min from home and she calls and says cannot make it because we did not confirm. They are friendly but that is the extent of it!

Professional work the job was completed on time with a few delays from the rain. Great looking pool and landscaping. I love spending time in my back yard now.Thanks Simon

Great company, good in-house crew of workers. Project was completed on time.

Price and timing was good when it came down to it. Only real problem is the lack of communication on the planning. I constantly had to ask what was going on granted I have never had a pool put in so I did not know what to expect. If there was a list or something it would be easier to follow.

Have fairly bigger older pool. Gave a whole a fresh look. I am pickier and they did everything well. Put in outdoor kitchen and redid the whole pool along with area around the pool. Good price for what they did and they cleaned up well. Had few parties already in the yard and all the work was great so I can enjoy and use the backyard.

Always Reliable Pool & Spa Service did a great job. On time everyday within 30 days I had a pool installed.
