He was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough in explaining what he was doing and what to watch for going forward. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just rushing through a service call. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure everything was running efficiently, and left the area clean when he was done. It?s rare to find a technician who combines strong technical knowledge with great customer service, but Caleb absolutely does.
