Since AJ has decided to ghost us after several years of using his service, I wonder if he could answer some simple questions. 1. Did we pay you in full upon completion of work EVERY TIME? 2. Did we always do all services you recommended, at times asking for additional ones? After spending thousands with AJ the first two years we owned our house, he became difficult to contact. We were having dead spots beginning to spread in the yard we spent so much to improve. He put us off saying. I can not get the proper overlay material to reseed. Ok, we took his word as always. We waited till this spring, then in March began requesting he come by (he lives 5 minutes away) . I wanted to solve our issues, and hoped if we gave him plenty of time to work us in, he would. March went by. April went by. We were now well into May. AJ, did you reply with don't worry buddy, I have not forgot you? All the while, he kept telling us I will be by in the next week, but never showed or contacted us. Finally I spoke directly with AJ and asked him point blank, would you prefer we take our business elsewhere? He responded no, I have you on the books for May 21st. I informed him that we were leaving on the 20th to take my moms remains to Italy to spread her ashes. Do not worry about a thing, you and your wife are like family to me. I will sod the damaged areas. You have a hose in the back, right? I will make sure to keep it watered while you are away. Well...we returned on June 13, and lo and behold AJ had never shown up. I called and left him a voicemail twice, simply asking him to return my call. Crickets. So AJ, I ask you, is there a SINGLE portion of this review that is inaccurate? Would you consider these actions professional? Are they actions of someone with integrity? We would have moved on to another contractor, but you always assured us you had our back.

Very knowledgable and was happy to show me everything he was doing, explaining the all the parts of the sprinkler system as he went, and gave recommendations for a new timer that comes with rebates from the water company.

A J, the owner, is amazing. After a flood and losing water and electricity, and being away from our home or several months, our yard went rapidly downhill. A J to the rescue. In two weeks, the yard went from being bad enough to initiate an HOA complaint and a true embarrassment to being a model yard for the neighborhood. His work was quick, skillful, and even included a few extras for which we were't charged. Highly recommend! Bonus: A J is very personable.

He managed to squeeze our job into a very busy schedule, when other pros (the ones who would talk to us) were projecting availability several weeks downstream. He is very knowledgeable, worked quickly, and has reasonable rates.

AJ Walters kept me informed of his arrival time, was prompt, curtious and efficient.

I called JR b/c there had been a disconnect b/t Home Advisor's scheduling. Rather than say it wasn't his issue, JR said he'd be at my house in an hour. Once there, he said he could do the work a few days later and gave me an estimate much cheaper than I had from other sprinkler system repair companies to dig up and fix the leaky line caused my tree roots. He showed up when he said, the price was what he said, and during the 2 hours he was there he did a great job explaining all of the repairs he was making. I will definitely hire JR and Always There Irrigation for all my future sprinkler system maint and issues.

Excellent service - knowledgeable and fair pricing

I called to set up and appointment and he said he was in the area and could come in about twenty minutes and he did. Turned on the sprinkler system and checked to make everything was working. Would recommend him.

Extremely knowledgeable in irrigation, I thought my issue would stump him as it did me. Wrong, he had it fixed entirely within an hour. Even gave some watering suggestions and saved me some money by showing me how to make some repairs on my own. Very helpful!

AJ was very thorough and thoughtful. He called and asked to come earlier than scheduled! Always There Irrigation is a one stop company, doing it all. Hired him right away. You should too!

Rates were average for service. Only marked down a half-star for service because we were told that he would be there between 7a and 9a on a Sunday morning, so we got up VERY early (6:30a) on a Sunday and he didn't show until just about five minutes before 9:00, lol.

Timing and disconnect some unused zones to make sure no water would damage the proeprty

This Pro arrived on time. He walked the property with me and discussed how he would avoid exposed tree roots as not to damage them. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was able and willing to talk about issues we had with our sprinkler system. We are having him come back to help us with that project as well. Thank you!
