He also removed my tin and installed a walk-in shower. James sent workers that are not experienced in this skill; it a mess. Does not look professionally done, lots of issues; looks like an amateur did it; see pictures. My bathroom has been out-of-order for months. I will follow up to let you know if he stands behind his work.

Always Waterproofing did a fabulous job on installing an egress window in my basement. They ran into an unforeseen pipe and ended up moving it and doing additional drywall work. I would highly recommend them for any projects. Professional, fair pricing and communicative.

Great job love stamped patio and driveway

Had them quote a 9x13 patio for a hot tub. Very competitive pricing and quick on the schedule. Finished product looks great and customer service was good.

$9,500 I was quoted for my concrete driveway and porch to be removed and a new concrete driveway and pad poured. I needed a culvert installed under the foot of my driveway for rain water drainage, it was agreed that a 4" pipe would work. When the crew came out to do the work, the demolition part went very smoothly but when it came to the drain I was told I needed an 8" pipe. The trench was dug for it including digging an 8" deep by 1 foot around hole in my nabors parking pad. Than I was told the grading was wrong. I told him water wasn't draining because the trench he dug for the 8" pipe he suggested was below the rest of the drain lines and the water will not flow untill it was leveled back out. He argued with me about it for about 3 hours wile the concrete was starting to be poured. After his own workers and I told him the 8" pipe would not work, we went back to the originally quoted 4" pipe and everything drained fine. After the concrete was completed the work looked great.

I COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED WITH ALWAYS CONCRETE SERVICES. WE WANTED OUR OLD CONCRETE AROUND OUR POOL AND ALL THE WAY TO OUR SUNROOM DOOR TAKEN UP AND PUT BACK DOWN WITH CONCRETE STEPS ADDED. JAMES & HIS CREW KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO, THE LOOK WE WERE GOING FOR & OF COURSE THE PRICE WAS AMAZING. YOU CAN TELL JAMES HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR 35 YEARS. They have two owners. The first one handled the business aspect, the 2nd owner handled the communication aspect and he handled it perfectly. Overall the team work of the company was excellent. The patio which they did turned out wonderful and we have envious neighbors who want to use the same company.

Steve was very upfront about what was needed for mitigation and cost. His crew came in on time, and the project was completed to my satisfaction!

Reaffirming all the other reviews. Quote was given at time of estimate, and completed a week later in 1 day. Concrete patio looks great, the workers showed up early and were great, they cleaned up and laid grass seed. Would definitely hire again for next project

Great experience start to finish. Estimate was completed the next business day after I called and work was done within a week which even included an edit to the original plan morning of. They were friendly, professional and efficient. The guys went above and beyond to help move pergola that was reason for expanding to a larger patio.
