UPDATE: 07/30/19 Asphalt Paving - Repair or Patch I had my porch replaced by this company which I loved the work but the porch begin to crack. They came out to repair it. The repair they performed was worse than the actual crack. I asked that they come out and smooth it out. They agreed to repair the bad repair. I have been given the runaround since December. I eventually went to the better business bureau in which they lied to them. I am still fighting to have to eyesore fixed.

I had a rather complicated expansion of my driveway, they were able to handle it. Despite complications, they stuck to the price we had agreed on. They left the site clean and completed the work in a timely fashion.

Good job but it took a month to get scheduled.

You need to manage the project with the supervisor to get exactly what you want. Finish job is excellent. Clean up was excellent. Very pleased.

They did very good work putting in a small driveway. There was a little issue with communication and knowing when they were coming to do the work but all in all good job.

Weather was a contributing factor in getting my driveway done in a timely manner but better communication would’ve been very welcome in planning.

They came out to evaluate basement floor moisture. They told me I did not need waterproofing. I appreciated their honesty.

Contractor did a professional job on installing a concrete pad for our garage. I would recommend this contractor to anyone looking for a professional job @ a reasonable out of pocket cost.

Did a great job with sump pump. I only make a deduction in my customer service rating because on several occasions I tried to have the contractor return for another project but I kept getting promises for scheduling an appointment and then, nothing.

Due to weather they haven’t been able to start the project yet .

I used this pro in 2012 for a residential project.

Completed concrete driveway and connecting sidewalk on schedule. It was raining on the day of the pour and the crew worked hard to get it done in time. A bit of miscommunication but was resolved to my satisfaction. Clean up was okay but still picking up cigarette butts ... small price to pay for a solid driveway. Time will tell if the driveway lasts. Thank you Always Waterproofing!

The work was set up for three days but it really only took two days to complete the work. We had a little mix up on the location of the pump they came back the next day and resolved all of my concerns!!
