We had a problem with our freezer. The technician diagnosed the problem as the door not closing correctly. We suggested a simple fix, he claimed we needed a part and needed a follow-up appointment once the part came in. After he left we tried the simple fix and it worked just fine and has continued working ever since. We called to cancel the follow-up appointment, and they informed us it would cost $40 for a part restocking fee. This company is just out to rip people off. Simply terrible customer service. We strongly recommend you find a different company to give your hard-earned money.

this is the txt I tried to put in the review: "We had a problem with our Samsung Refrigerator back in January 2019 and had Alwayz There come out and fix it. One week ago (May) we thought the problem had reoccured, and as we had a 12 month warrantee, on the repair called them back out to look at it again. Turned out it was a different issue but Sonny (who we understand is the owner of the Company) fixed it for us, and would not charge us, despite us saying we at least wanted to pay him his call out. Excellent customer service, very personable and would thoroughly recommend this company"

Responded less than an hour following my HomeAdvisor request. Here for an estimate the next day. Chris and Sonny were very prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and the price was VERY reasonable. Will definitely make them my first call next time I need this type of support.

Sonny was very kind, considerate and timely. We were expecting a big bill or replacement of our refrig. It was, what I think of as, a minor repair and done efficiently.

He even went and got the part and came back and finished the job very quickly. I will use them again and will recommend them too. Prompt service and diagnosis of our problem. They use genuine parts for replacement. took the time to explain what was wrong and why. Had trouble getting the part in but, customer service kept us up to date on progress and time of replacement. They went to extra mile in our opinion.
