June 2008: Work started off very enthusiastically, but detail work never finished despite promises from Manny Altamirano. We have left numerous messages, and went to the physical address of company-but they moved out, no forwarding address. Extremely disappointing in integrity. Manny was paid in full prior to job being completed because I thought he could be trusted, but it has not been. Lesson learned: NEVER pay your contractor until the job is complete and satisfactory - trust no one - get it all in writing.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Aylar stared with great enthusiasm and worked very diligently in my home to assure all our needs were met. For some reason, the garage addition proved to be challenging and Manny and team finally just quit with no notice and the work is incomplete. We are also missing some detail work on the exterior that must be completed before the rains hit and the walls suffer damage.

In short, we were dissatisfied with Alyar Investments. We filed a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and found that he was not licensed to perform the work (commercial).

They were initially very good about taking care of everything and being neat. But after fixing one leak new ones occured and it took forever to get them to come back and fix the new leak. When they finally did, there was ANOTHER leak in a new place. Now I have to call them AGAIN to fix this new one. They also never finished one of the projects from the first job.

I wanted to let you know what fantastic work Basilimo did on the gate repairs. Before the gate barely opened and closed. Now it works perfectly. Yes, it is just a gate, but the old one had been annoying us for quite some time. I repainted the steel and replaced the wood slats. It looks brand new. I would definitely use your company again. And recommend you to a friend as well.
