Josh transferred the contents of the hard drive from my broken laptop to my new laptop and even came to my home to do it (another company I'd inquired with wanted to take my computer for a few days to work on it at their place. I have personal data on it, and didn't feel comfortable with that arrangement at all). The next day when I was having issues with the transferred iTunes account, he patiently walked me what I should do by text. While the iTunes issue was never resolved, I'm overall very pleased with the service.

His work is very good and he is a nice guy to work with. He really helps you out! He knows what he is doing, gets right to the point, and fixes it. if there is a problem he comes back out and straightens it out for you.
