They were very concerned and efficient. A weed-eater flying rock hit the 8 feet French door window, cracking the entire outer surface. They came the same day to crack/break the entire outer surface to reduce possibility of injury from falling glass. Then they measured and ordered. They were ready to install in 3 days. With my schedule, we made a time for 5 days. As the seal was broken on the 2nd door, I asked for a price on it. They gave me a $100.00 discount to do both doors. The project was completed efficiently and windows are quite clear and beautiful. They do charge 5% fee for credit card usage. So I chose "check" to save that extra amount.

I received a call that they were running a little behind schedule and they would arrive by 3. They arrived ontime and after I showed them the window they quickly made the repair and were on their way out the door,quick, clean and efficient. Great job

We did have a small leaking problem with our door once they left, but they came back as soon as they could and fixed it.

Francisco promised (provided nothing happened on the other end) that he would install the glass on Friday. After much conversation on the importance that he be able to install the glass on Friday (this was on Tuesday), I went with him. He called me Thursday, around noon and asked if his guys could install the glass at 4:00 this afternoon. I should mention this was 8 x 6 ft tempered piece of glass. Francisco not only did what he promised, he was a day early! I was happy, my tenant was happy and I would definitely recommend this company!

The grids for the new window were built in the wrong orientation and do not match my 3 other original windows.

I received a prompt call to give me a quote. Francisco came out immediately to do a measure and order the glass, and the installers returned three days later. They did a quick job installing and cleaning up the area.

Even though the installer forgot to reassemble the locks on the window, the company immediately responded and came out and fixed the error with a sincere apology as well. The installers did do a good job of cleaning up the area and were polite and answered my questions with ease. Overall, fast service and great customer service.

Returned calls promptly. Turn around time from estimate to installation, excellent. Also offer window screen replacement. Answered my many questions, happily. Great clean up.
