The gentleman came out approx. 5 times, called the factory almost every time asking them over the phone what they thought was wrong with our Viking oven (by the way, our oven would not heat and one burner was not working). He got the oven working but took another 4 or 5 trips to try to fix the burner. We basically rebuilt the thing and our oven is still not repaired. BUT we will not use him again so we will look for another repair service. Sorry - nice guy but for some reason this repair was out of his league.

He explained the problem so that I would understand and went above and beyond by making sure that the problem was fixed by sitting and waiting while an entire load of clothes washed. I appreciated his follow through, friendly demeanor and promptness. Thanks George!
