Maid Service
The 2 person crew did a very nice job. The lead man spoke English and made sure his helper (who did not) knew exactly what I wanted.

Window Cleaning
The boss sent a worker that was pleasant and hard worker but did not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. We miscommunicated on a couple of things. I needed to physically show her my instructions!
