March 2023 Initially we went thru HOME ADVISOR , Thats how we got a bid for this company , Going on 8 months since giving a deposit of 19,950.00 and work not really started..see photos. We have lost all faith and hope in Amaro Builders. Words and appointments not kept. They have held our money and lives hostage for the past 8 months. No responses to emails, dont answer phone calls and no return calls. Only response was after posting a bad review resulting in 2 workers showing up 4 hours late unloaded about a dozen 2x4,s. Few days later 2 workers show up again over 2 hours late..nailed a few boards together then.....ghost again. , Although we were requested by AMARO BUILDERS to remove the negative review which was immediately done thinking that was to begin work on our project. We have requested a refund which has received the same as other communications ...nothing...ghosted again. I fully intend to share my experience loud and clear until complete resolution Not Professionals Also i don't see now dates on there reviews or upload pics

We trusted their sales person and we were impressed. They came to our house and started the project in july and they promised they were going to finish it in 13 weeks but they never finished the job. NO costumer service, no response.

Amaro Builders was hired with a with 60% down payment to do a full house remodel in Feb 2021 with a commitment to start the project in April 2021 that would be completed by July 2021. The remodel did not start until August 2021. They came in and demo d the house and then it sat demo d for over 3 months. Amaro made commitments every week to do work yet nothing got done. The house was unlivable for 5 months with no working plumbing, no bathrooms, no kitchen, and piles of garbage everywhere. They continued to not show up and not work. They busted a water pipe during one of the bathroom demos and let water drain in a bucket for 5 days without fixing it. Water ended up flooding the bathroom and part of the bedroom. They only finally got it fixed after I called them and threaten to file a formal contractor complaint with Lee county. They would leave for the weekend with all the lights on the place unlocked. At one point they left the front door wide open with the key in the lock. There was garbage in the yard throughout the project including lays chip bags, soda cans, water bottles, etc, just thrown anywhere. We would try to call and text the project manager day after day, week after week, with no response. They would recommit to a date saying they were going to put everyone on the project, yet that date would come and go with nothing done. We agreed to all the specs before signing the contract, yet at every point of the project, they had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. All the work that was done was of poor quality. They would texture the walls and leave the furniture in the room uncovered. Somehow they managed to shatter the screen on our new 60 TV and never replaced it. They did finally finish almost 7 months later than agreed to and only when they wanted the final payment. The office is extremely poorly run and can never answer questions if you call them. The project manager wont answer you. They have no idea how to run a project. Everything they say is most certainly a lie. If you hire them, you will most certainly regret it. I know we did.

Punctuality is not their forte. Quality of the work is their bright star. Workers are very professional and high quality.

Remodeled our kitchen

Amaro Builders just completed a bathroom design and remodel job at our home in Bonita Springs Each worker was meticulous in his efforts including laying tile, drywall, building cabinets and custom closet. It was a pleasure working with the Amaro team who completed the project in a timely manner. The transformation of the room was extraordinary.

Amaro Builders did a fantastic job when renovating our laundry/utility room. The Project Leader, Luis Fajardo, listened to what we wanted to have done, conferred with his office, and presented us a fixed price to complete the project. He explained this was the total cost, including labor and materials. After talking to people familiar with Amaro Builders, we agreed to the terms of the project. Luis prepared the necessary paperwork to get the approval of the Property Manager in our high rise and immediately started the project. His lead Technician, Miguel Mejia, met with us and began the demolition and renovation. His work was professional and he communicated with us all along the way. When we asked for an additional shelf to be installed, Luis agreed to do that and asked only to be reimbursed for the material. When the project was completed, he threw that in at no additional cost. The entire project was done properly and on time. We would recommend Amaro Builders for any similar projects.

Dry walling Kitchen bath and bedroom cabinets lighting and plumbing all done in addition to the floors. Quality material Efficiency of workers fair prices all was excellent Scheduling a little rough at times. Finished product excellent Thank you Amaro Builders

I am very satisfied with Amaro Builders, they did an amazing job remodeling at one of my properties in Naples. And it was done fast and with high quality.

All of the work was done timely and in an excellent manner. Amaro kept on schedule and promptly addressed any concerns I had with the project. I would definitely request their help on any other projects.

One of the best things about Amaro Builders is that all of the various trade crafts for remodeling are under one company. This allows Amaro to easily plan and schedule all the work that is necessary. Amaro assisted in the architectural drawings and all the required permits. All of the workers were very professional. The office staff especially, were always helpful and responsive in getting answers to any questions that came up. Finally, the quality of all the work such as framing, drywall, electrical, sprinkler head fire protection, woodworking, and painting was excellent. I highly recommend Amaro for any remodeling work.

Amaro Builders did a amazing job in my unit, I was very fascinated with my new kitchen and bathrooms. Mr Amaro made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process of my remodel. They always showed up on time and was very professional , a very good quality on the work and customer service

We started on 1/11/2022 and as of 5/11/2022 we are not nearly done. It is an update of a modest small condo. All the parts needed are in the garage waiting. As of today, we have unfinished mudding on the walls, no paint, no cabinets installed, no countertops, no railings, no lighting installed, unfinished fixture installation, missing built in shelving has been done to date. Thousands of dollars of costs we have incurred with extra rent and storage fees while we are out of our home. Dates to move in have come and gone with 6 more weeks and then 6 more weeks.

Amaro did a master bathroom upgrade including removal of bulkhead, new shower tile and frameless sliding door, 60” vanity, toilet, plumbing and electrical, and painting. Amazing transformation from the original dated bathroom. Quality work and terrific customer service.
