Southern Decks was very responsive. We have a large wooden gate, about 20 feet long, so that vehicles can get into our back yard. It twisted, and was almost impossible to open and shut. Southern Decks poured a new concrete footer, got a new gate post, and realigned the hinges and latch. This was all done in a few hours, only days after our first call. It was on time and done just like the computerized estimate, which had been neatly typed. Great job!

I hired Southern Decks based on their professionalism. They were not the low cost quotation, in fact they were the highest cost. They were the only vendor to type their quote the others were hand written. I could not have asked for a better one. They were efficient and the quality of their work was great. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

they did everything they said they wood, finish Ed on time....walked through work when completed.... people were riding by taking pictures as the work progressed. That in it self speaks for their work menship. they cleaned up every day before they left. great porch great job.. they also know how to laugh.

The day I asked for a quote on here is the same day I got a quote. Franklin and Marlin were very professional and explained the issues with us and walked us through the process. Very nice and hard working crew. I would recommend their work to anyone. Now that they repaired my deck I’m going to have them stain it.
