Not satisfied at all. Does not respond to concerns after payment is made

Headline: Quality Work, but Needed a Follow-Up Visit Amaya Reyman/The Electric Guy provided good service overall. The work was neat and completed quickly once Reyman came himself. However, the first worker on site marked the job as finished when it wasn’t. Reyman had to return to complete the work, and one breaker-box sensor probe was installed incorrectly—I ended up correcting that myself. I’m satisfied with the final result and would consider hiring them again, but I recommend confirming every detail is complete before signing off.

Raymond was very helpful nice and respectful he did a wonderful job upgrading some worries in my home, he also replaced my panel. I like that he took care of everything permits inspection work and cleaning after himself. I also recommended him to friends which told me he was quick and great.

The Electric Guy in Houston was prompt in responding to the request for the job estimate as well as discussing the details of the project. Hired him for the project after having 5 contractors bid the project. Work was done promptly and work site cleaned up when finished. Project replaced my original breaker box with increased space for my portable generator. Wiring under the cover plate was extremely neat and easily understood for electricians in the future to access the panel for any problems. I was very pleased with the work Raymond did and will readily refer him to friends and neighbors if they need electric work done. He has already given me an estimate for another electrical project I need done.

I originally called in for faulty switch and outlets in kitchen. He gave me a quote on the spot and I gladly accepted. He then got started right away and finished in time for me to prepare dinner for the family. He left his business card and later I called him Back for a panel upgrade and had him install ceiling fans as well. He was on time and very professional. He also left the work area clean after his work was completed. Thanks so much Electric Guy. I really appreciate your professionalism and promptness.

I would recommend The Electic Guy and his team to anyone needing electrical repairs. I was in the middle of a home renovation and it was a nightmare with electrical!! I reached out to Reyman and he made my renovation so much easier! 5/5 STARS!!
