Ended up with new cabinets rather than reface (by my choice). Matt (who sold me the services) was fantastic to work with on the front end. However, it took weeks to schedule the work, including news that Castle Cabinets was going out of business and wouldn't get to my job. Thankfully, that issue was resolved and they stayed in business, but it created significant distress. Also, miscut and warped doors caused further delays in the project. (I signed a contract around Nov 1 and my project wasn't complete until the end of Feb.) On the positive side, Castle Cabinets was willing to replace misfitted/warped doors, and the quality of work was good, otherwise. Mario, who installed my cabinets, was absolutely terrific. On time, neat and clean, very skilled and had great ideas. The granite countertop was referred out, but the company they referred me to (XXXX) cut my granite slab incorrectly, leaving a drab section on my countertop and the best section of the slab as scrap in my garage! VERY maddening. (That's why I rated work quality and value for money lower. Mario's work was a 5!) I would absolutely NOT recommend or use XXXX again, but I am rather neutral on Castle Cabinets. Good service on the front end (Matt) and an excellent installer (Mario)...but not sure it is worth the wait or the potential business issues.

We might recommend Castle Cabinets, but with reservations. Overall, the job came out nice. The lack of communication on Castle's behalf when the project went from six weeks to eight weeks due to labor issues was frustrating. We had emptied our kitchen cabinets in preparation before finding out it would be another two weeks. Mario did a very nice job running the project and returned to make corrections where necessary. Castle subcontracted with Sunwest Marble & Granite for the countertops. Although the tops were ready weeks before the cabinets were done, when they did arrive, they were not what was ordered. After having to prove it wasn't our error, Sunwest delivered and installed the correct tops. This kept us without a kitchen for another week (now ten weeks without a functional kitchen). However, installers made a mess of our floor tile and we are still trying to scrap up and clean the caulking on our tile floor...what a mess! The cabinets and tops are beautiful, but we're a little disappointed in both Castle and Sunwest.

The contractor used (Reshape Your Residence) to install everything was very good.

The primary contractor used was excellent and made sure everything was done properly. They made sure everything went to schedule and was done properly. The counter top and tile people were very good as well. Cabinet design came out very well.

Amazing cabinet reface did an amazing job. Mario did the re-face and he was absolutely wonderful. Mario was very personable, on time, neat and clean. I would highly recommend him. Jay coordinated the appointments and was on top of the job from beginning to end I would highly recommend him to. He has a fantastic crew and they are all very professional

Our new cabinets were not only beautifully made, but they matched the existing cabinets perfectly! Jay guided us and Ted & Allen installed everything. Great team!

Castle Cabinets makes beautiful, well-built, high-quality cabinets. They listened to what I wanted and created it including the special glass that I wanted in the cabinet doors.
