I purchased a complete security system with intrusion alarm. They were patient in helping me choose the right system for my home. I had a million questions…. The install was done quickly and the technician was super professional. Overall an amazing experience. Thank you!!!

Super job redoing my security system

The job was stared but not finish unreliable

My experience with this business was unfortunate. The owner has a family member that is ill. I was very empathetic to this because I have endured some illness in my own family that resulted in the loss of my loved ones. The owner canceled once stating that his loved one had an appointment to receive care. I was ok with this cancellation. The second time I was expecting him, he called me about 30 minutes before he was expected to arrive and stated that his loved one called him crying and wanted him to be there. He immediately cancelled the appointment. The reason I am not recommending this business is simple. Despite sad and unfortunate things happening in our lives, we still must work for a living. It is important to support those we love, but we must prioritize appropriately. Definitely be there when you are needed to provide love and support! Family first! At the same time if you make an appointment with a customer you should do so when you do not have appointments to keep and aside from things beyond your control you should keep those appointments you make with your customers. Also, when you have a loved one you are caring for and there is not an emergency, you should ensure that while you are working they have care providers or at least ensure that while you are away they have everything they need to be safe while you are away working. Customers count on businesses to be reliable. This is critical to success of a business.

Should have gotten a written quote, but the final charge was more than twice what the verbal quote was. The workmanship was at the level of above average homeowner, not professional. Exterior installation has already failed in one spot. Interior work was jury-rigged and unfinished.

While the project is listed as 'phone jack install', that is not the job that I needed! Angi didn't have the correct category that I needed - it was a tossup between this & 'electrical outlet install'. What I needed was some coax cable replaced that was behind drywall in my garage and my cable/internet provider won't allow their techs to do it. Larry understood exactly what I needed done and completed the work quickly! He even moved stuff that was against the wall that he needed to access.

Friendly service and he cleaned up the mess left behind form the last installers.

Ham radio installation on the roof. Very easy to work with. Gave me a reasonable quote and lived up to it.

Larry was very meticulous and takes pride in his work. The antenna install was of very high quality. Larry is a very pleasant person and I was happy I picked him to install our antenna.

Not really an antenna install but merely a cable termination project as I already had the antenna mounted. I just needed some double shielded coax terminated. I can handle the single shielded shielded stuff but that double shielded coax that was already in the house is more difficult and needed a pro. Antenna is now pulling in over 40 channels over the air.

Hired to check why my TV reception was bad. I live 7 miles from towers. Did not bring any tools. No ladder so couldn't check antenna. Changed a splitter and 3 connections. Gave me a list of other possible reasons charged me $75 and left. Actually, it's worse now. I called them and their answer was it was fine when he left so it will be another $75 for him to come back. Don't think so.
