In general, I was very pleased with the results. The only problem I had was that there were several mis-communications about the windows I had installed, with confusion over their size and which floor they were to be installed on, despite the fact that I had discussed the issue with the salesman who had drawn diagrams.

Great Windows, they even went to buy stuff since the window frame was rotted. They framed the windows with nice molding and put a primer coat on.
