We had a slight lack of communication when it came to when the work would be done but we were able to work through the issues and everything was done to our complete satisfaction. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and we are very pleased with our cabinets. We would definitely recommend Amazon Stone to our friends and acquaintances.

Terrible experience. Very poor customer service. Even stood me up when we had agreed to meet to choose a countertop.

Very knowlegeable and helpful with design and selection. Great skill and quality installation. Work is outstanding. They pay attention to every detail and take the time necessary to make it perfect. Only complaint was lack of communication and missed appointments. They were caused by things outside their control, but could have communicated changes to the schedule better.

Eva is the owner of this business. The problem with this company is a lack of communication with the owner and her crew. Doesnt not follow through with dates that are scheduled on the contract made with them. The other issue is that no communication with the warehouse and the owner Eva Ive bought and payed for one slab of granite and at the end of the job i did not receive all of my granite to finish up my bathroom countertops.

The project is not finished. Calls not returned, commitments for work not kept, no faith or trust after several things not done. They got about 75% of the money, cash, now they don?t feel the need to do what they committed to do. Our kitchen is all apart, what a hassle they won?t even call.

Highly Recommend using Amazon Stone for your kitchen remodel! Eva and her team were exceptional . Eva was on top of the project from day one. She came to my house to review the project and even brought countertop and back splash samples. I did get multiple quotes for this project and Amazon Stone was very competitive . The crew showed up on time- did an Exceptional job- awesome attention to detail and cleaned up when they were done. Great project management also, Eva checked in at every step on the project and was very quick to respond to all my questions. There was never a time during the project that I was not updated. Any remodel to your home is stressful and Amazon Stone made it as stress free as possible . Highly Highly recommend!

Completed project was great and what we wanted. But there was a lot of delays in getting the workers to our house. I would recommend this company but make sure you have a written schedule for the work being done.

The countertop that was replaced was 27 years old. This countertop will not last anywhere near that long as the seams are chipping away already. All they said was to add some calking in the chips as needed. I also had them refurbished the front door as they offer a lot of services but the front door now sticks together with its hard to open and where it sticks the wood is coming off in chunks. She does not return phone calls or texts. Where she did under bid by a little bit and worked with me on a final few payments that I am grateful for. Go with a better company. I spent weeks cleaning up after them. I had to empty all my cupboards and wash everything down. The project took twice as long. Issues kept coming up. The wrong style was delivered from what I ordered and so much more. Maybe others had a good experience with this company. But we did not. I even had to ask many times for my contract and receipts. Not professional at all. I am so very unhappy with the customer service and the quality of the work!

Eva and her crew did an awesome job on my kitchen countertops and backsplash. From the first time I met Eva she really impressed me with the way she handled everything from the beginning where she gave me an estimate all the way through the completion of the project. Even went out of her way to show up at my house with samples of countertops and backsplash. Although I didn't choose any of the ones she had she took the time to listen to the design concept I had in mind and even met me at several local slab yards and showed me an app where I could put the picture of my kitchen with the countertop design I was interested in to see if it would go with my decor. It took me almost 2 months to find the perfect quartzite countertops to match my busy floor tiles and Eva was always there for me providing me feedback via phone or text when I would show her the different designs I was interested in. Her team Tristan (Plumber), Angel (Fabricator/Installer), and Jose (Backsplash/Installer) we're all high quality with their workmanship and I was very impressed with the care and attention to detail from all of them. Eva even went out of her way to coordinate the install with my cabinet contractor to ensure everything would go smoothly. I've worked with a lot of contractors for other home projects and Eva by far exceeded my expectations with her dedication for customer satisfaction and service. She even had a house cleaning crew come out and clean the kitchen area where the project was completed. I would highly recommend her and her team they are worth every penny. Thank you guys for such a beautiful job on making my kitchen look awesome!!

Amazon Stone was my lifesaver. I needed to replace an undermount sink and was hoping to install another undermount sink but no one was interested. I checked plumbers and stone installers and received a couple of bids at exorbitant prices. Amazon Stone responded to my query, the only online response I received. I explained the problem and added that I was also planning a new faucet and garbage disposal and wanted to use my existing RO unit. Their team removed the old sink, installed the new undermount sink and took care of all of the accessories and plumbing. The project manager was very easy to work with as was the crew. Amazon Stone is my go to company now. They are not afraid to tackle difficult jobs and don't gouge you cost wise in the process.

Being from southern CA and having various properties in CA, I've recently expanded to the Vegas area. I was looking for someone to work with remotely. we scheduled the installation for when we would be in town and the timing worked out without a problem.I have worked with various countertop companies through the year and found that Amazon Stone was very easy to work with. We communicated through phone, text and email. The countertop came out beautiful. The workmanship was excellent. They were very professional. They took care during the installation and cleaned up without a trace. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

It was a very good overall experience with Amazon Stone They did an absolutely beautiful job replacing the two bathroom vanity tops in our master bathroom. Did it all in less than two days!!
