Blinds or Shades Repair
After a referral from HomeAdvisor, Ambassador Blinds and Interior Design Center, Inc. never contacted me. Further, I attempted to contact them to elicit some sort of a response. I have not received any response. It appears to me that Ambassador is a company that does not desire to be in business.

Owner Joe Del was very nice to work with!! He also wore mask and booties, as needed. Anchors installed were strong and did the job. Excellent work Joe!!

Very prompt, courteous - one of the blind repairs broke again when I tried to raise it the first time. I called Joe and someone was out immediately to solve the problem. I appreciate that kind of service.

Joe was very nice and kept me informed. He finished the work quickly and had my shades up in a short period of time. However, one of my shades is still not working as well as it should be and he did set a time to come and repair it and I have not heard from him as of yet. Also, I felt his prices for such a simple job was high.

Alfredo was our Repair Technician. He was very Professional, Courteous and performed a High Quality replacement of our Draw Cords for 3 of our Blinds.
