I was not impressed. she was 2 hrs late. it took her 5 and a half hrs to clean the house and things were still not clean.

"You think this is very fair considering you told me the house was not that big and not dirty and when I got there it was another story. It was huge and it was dirty. I gave you a decent price taking your word for it. And if you want I can show you what you wrote on the website when you first contacted us. It says you want a basic cleaning of all rooms except bathrooms. I could not get that bathrrom any cleaner you would have to replace it. so you didnt get a DEEP cleaning because on the phone you said it didnt need it. As for 2 hours late you called the night before I did the best i could for last minute I have 3 kids to get out in morning"

She is a very nice person but I didn't feel she was thorough. I expected a deeper cleaning. She worked very hard, however. I would only recommend her for a "skim the surface" kind of cleaning.

"Hi Dianne. I don't think that ratingn is very fair considering when I spoke to you on the phone you told me the house was not dirty at all so I don't think I need a deep cleaning. So that's why I did a skim over the serfice kind of cleaning. You didnt get a deep cleaning because you told me not to and you also didnt get charged for one. So I really think in the future you should please consider what what was said before you judge somebody."

Amber did a wonderful job. She was very careful with the furniture as i was afraid as the manufacturer recommended dry cleaning solvents. HOWEVER, WHEN i TRIED THESE, THE DIRT AND GREASE DID NOT COME OUT.She carefully rtied a small piece on the back of a pillow to test the effect on the upholstry. the sofa came out very clean, did not fade, and looks fabulous.She is promt, pleasant to work with and knows her business!. THANKS!

Amber was VERY nice and VERY reasonably priced. However I noticed a few things not done well... still dust on ceiling fans (maybe that wasn't included) and dirty outside of ovens.

Amber did an awesome job on my carpets. This is the first time I've had my carpets cleaned by an independant person and WOW what a difference. Next time you need your carpets cleaned I would recommend that you try Amber. Prices are very competitive and you really get more for your money. Those big companies treat you like you're just another rug to clean while Amber treats your rugs like they are hers. GREAT JOB!! Thanks Amber

Amber is lovely, hard working and fast response. She called me right away, is insured and showed up on time. She called me the night before to remind me! :) Yippee. Her cleaning was thorough and we felt the house had a nice once over. We will use her on a schedule now.

She didn't show up for two appointments but she did call. She was late for the cleanning appointment and then had an equipment malfunction. She left a floor lamp on the wet rug and it left a rust stain on the white rug. She told my husband that she would call to finish the job that afternoon and I have not heard from her in a week. The evenmt that I needed the rugs cleaned for is 5/15/09. It is now too late to have them cleaned and have them dried before the event. VERY disappointed in the service.

Very nice, promptly returned phone calls for scheduling. I had two different types of carpets to clean and both came out great. There were a couple stains on the berber carpet that I had repeatedly tried to remove myself with spot cleaner to no avail, and now they look like new!
