Itâ s always to get a company out of Houston to come down to the Bay Area. This company came, estimated the job and came back and completed it on a day the temperature was 100 degrees and did a fine job.

What a great experience we had with Ambiance Ponds Fountains and Pools! I received a call back the day I contacted HomeAdvisor and even got a preliminary quote by that evening for cleaning and refurbishing our existing pond. Jerry and his staff were courteous, professional, honest, reliable, and effective. They upgraded and replaced existing equipment. I couldn t wait for nightfall to sit and sip a peach sangria while enjoying our new pond! Thank you, Jerry and staff for a job well done.

The work has not been completed. Don't give money up front. I would not recommend them.

Jerry is the owner and is outstanding. We have had a lot of issues with our koi pond leaking after our home had flooded. He and his crew did a great job and even after it was completed, he came back out to remedy our other leaking issues that we were unaware of. He made sure I was completely satisfied and genuinely cares about that. He oversees the jobs in person and his crew is excellent. They have a very good attitude and they also care to make sure I am a happy customer. I would use Jerry and his crew again and have found my new pond company. They are wonderful! I highly recommend them!

Reliable competent and professional quality work. He did fix 2 fountains for me and I was satisfied. He was prompt in returning to fine tune and do adjustment to address an issue. He took care of it. I will hire them for future projects

Family run business. Very professional. Sit down with me and went over what I wanted. Sent pictures of other projects similar to what I wanted. Finished project with minimal amount of time on project. Cleaned up at end of each days work. Able to correspond with them over the phone. I would recommend them to family and friends and would use them in future projects of a water nature.

Jerry goes above and beyond your expectations. He really encourages and enjoys the customer's feedback DURING the project. When we made comments Jerry would adjust the design so that it would be exactly what we wanted. His crew cleans up at the end of every day. The contractors arrived on time. I couldn't be happier with their service. They worked on a koi pond that had not been maintained for many years. It was not working due to blockage and poor maintenance. They worked hours to clean up this old pond. It is now the focal point of the house. What can I say? They arrived on time, spent hours cleaning this pond and fountain feature. I have only owned the home for a year but it looks incredible thanks to their efforts. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable, and the type of contractor that works continuously until the job is completed and completed well. They even go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I would recommend this company to any of my friends. We are having a new house built and I will be calling on this company to add a koi pond and fountain feature to my new home. They are the best...and their work will impress.
