Ambience HVAC, LLC

Hired these guys when my A/C unit broke in May 2022. Originally got my A/C working and did it quickly. I ended up giving them a positive review at the time. By the next year, the A/C had broke again. They came out fairly quickly to fix. So I was hoping that it was just a fluke that 8 was having an issue already. In July of this year, my A/C stopped working again. I called Ambience for 5 straight days and they never returned my call once. They were ghosting me. In fact itâ s now been 2 weeks since I first called them and they still havenâ t called back. The company that came in to do the work commented on how bad of a job Ambience had done. No wonder they were ghosting me. Donâ t use these guys.

I have used Raj for a couple of years now ... first to build a new motor in my air conditioner, trying to keep from purchasing a new unit as long as possible. Finally, it was time to make the purchase (my unit, heating and air, was 31 years old), and he and his team were excellent -- great for service response, expertise was spectacular and he and his polite, efficient team of 3 had the entire unit installed and the old unit (2 parts) dismantled and hauled off in a single morning. And the price? Very fair and lower than others. I will always use Ambience and tell my neighbors and friends about him. You will not be disappointed!

Always enjoying using Ambience HVAC.

He was clear, straight forward, concise, got the job done in a timely matter.

Granted, my HVAC problem turned out to be just ice buildup in the heat pump but with all the service trucks out on other calls the person on the phone came to my house within an hour in his own personal vehicle and fix my HVAC problem within 15 min.s.

We ended up doing a repair that occurred over several months. The humidfier attached to our central gas furnace developed a loud humming sound, and we had already tried placing a water hammer in the supply line and insulating it, with only temporary success. Rohit deduced that the solenoid in the humidifier had gone bad. To save some $ I ordered the parts and he installed it for a modest fee. It took some time to get the part, and it was somewhat difficult to get him back to the house to install it, but he did do it and kept his word on costs. By the time it was installed, it was now spring and the humidifier was shut off until this week. So far, the noise is diminished, so it seems he was right about the repairs needed. I would hire him again if needed!

My experience is good. I would recommend them to others. They came on time.

I described my repair need (A/C compressor would not start) on Home Advisor around 6:45 pm and received a call from the owner (Rahit) about an hour later. Less than an hour after that, he was at my door, with the needed parts (two capacitors). Finished before 9 pm. Total cost for instant service: $225. Wow. While Rahit was working I asked a bunch of curiosity questions on how the system and components worked, which he very patiently answered. Rahit is a mechanical engineer, not just a technician, and we had a terrific discussion about my 20+ year old system. His card is now taped to my furnace to be my first call for future work.

Rohit provided an excellent service with the best quality HVAC unit and the best price of this area. He replied very quick when I first contacted him and he came to our house, checked the unit and explained the options we had. We are very pleased with his job

Grateful for receiving very prompt and knowledgeable service that resulted in a repair rather than replacement along with managing expectations about the life of our HVAC system.

It pays to shop around for R-22. Some charge double what others charge per pound. Ambience did not gouge me for the R-22, which I appreciate.

I wired my new thermostat incorrectly, which was a really dumb user error. So my problem is probably much easier than yours. Still though, Ambience was patient and never condescending about the issue. The guy identified my issue, explained it to me, and got to work. Stayed long enough for me to test out the results and went on his way.

Excellent service, went on home advisor he called me with in a few minutes, came out the next morning, AC fixed.

He did a good job diagnosing my furnace issues and giving me very helpful advice.

Provided quote quickly and did a great job replacing humidifier, so that it was invisible a different type was installed.

They came out the very next day. I would highly recommend them
