"I went to provide emergency service for this customer after hours on a Sunday. The customer sump pump was not functioning and he explained to me backing up in his sinks and bath tub. I went out to troubleshoot the problem, after checking every electrical component the conclusion was it was not electrical it was the pump. Even though it was an after hour call on Sunday I charged him normal business hour pricing after making the 45 minute trip to his home. I tried to accommodate the customer as much as possible under the circumstances."

Excellence in every area describes this electrician! I have never used anyone that could compare with his exemplary service. His professionalism was exemplified in all aspects of his work. Not only was he extremely competent and knowledgeable in every way but also pleasant and personable. Attention to detail was evident. He accommodated my every request and went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Being willing to please was one of his strong points among many others. He stands behind his exquisite work and a strong work ethic is obvious. As an additional advantage, his rates were excellent! To say that I highly recommend him would be an understatement. I will never use anyone else for all my electrical needs.

From the time Earl came out to give me an estimate for my job I knew that I could trust him to do excellent work. Putting in under cabinet lighting was a very difficult job since fire walls had to be drilled through and wire fished through impossible places! The job was tedious and slow but Earl and his helper persisted. The finished job was perfectâ very professionally done. I would highly recommend Ambient Light for any electrical project. I will certainly use him again.

First let me say that Mr. Earl Minor is a very easy person to talk to as an electrical tech. Being I am a retired business person myself I was able to evaluate his skills and work ethics while he did my job. I don't normally do reviews or give recommendations on the first job but, I highly recommending him for light commercial electrical work. I would not hesitate to use his services again if the need arises.
