They were on time, knew what they were doing, and finished the job to my satisfaction. This was a service call to repair damaged wires in the coaxial cable junction box for the home. With very little to work with inside the wall, they found a way to make the repair without tearing out the wall to get to it.

Kenny, the owner of the company, is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with both before and after the installation. Since one of the cameras is malfunctioning less than 3 months after installation, I emailed Kenny for help. I received one initial email response that he would help. Since then, I have left two phone messages and sent 3 emails to him over the past 3 weeks but he will not respond. I hired him based on the very positive reviews so I am very disappointed to have this experience. I have received NO service after the sale. I assume that they are now out of business since they will get no more business or recommendations from me. I would rate the Customer Service a "0" if I could, .5 will have to do I suppose.

Though they came out as scheduled, the quality of the remote electric eye has been sub-standard. It also took a week to get an electronic receipt and an estimate on additional work that I inquired about after several reminders to send me one from "Ken." I waited two weeks to see if the eye issue corrected itself before re contacting. I emailed that I was not satisfied with the way the eye was functioning, as well as after the work was performed, I had a patio speaker that was now permanently left on. It has been almost two weeks and I haven't heard back. Their response to you is poor and slow. I will have to search for another vendor now to correct the issues.

Owner said he worked on specific alarm systems, but tech who showed up and didn't know about my alarm system, also could have asked me a few questions about my issue on the phone and saved me the service charge for coming out!

"Please contact office for a possible refund on work if we charged for something unethically. Our techs are trained on all current panels. This panel was antiquated which required the owner to provide tech support over the phone to technician. Customer had compromised panels zone as to see if the panel was bad or if the zone was bad. Customer did not specify this to us over the phone. Had he communicated this, we would have given him an estimate over the phone for replacing bad panel. This review, I feel, is unjustified and irresponsible. As our record shows, we go above and beyond for all of our customers."
