Brick or Stone Fireplace (Gas) - Repair
Never showed up on time. Project was a nightmare. Paid for equipment that I didn't receive. Had to fire them and get another contractor to finish job. He booked so many jobs and wanted to stay here after 11 pm daily and got mad because I told him we were not going to do this daily. So then he says I'll be there between 8-10 am and didn't show up until 3pm messed up my whole day. When asked about it he became combative saying customers don't appreciate his personal problems so I knew then he had to go.

I cannot recommend Amen Chimney too highly. My chimney needed cleaning & new fire brick installed. I have received many compliments on the looks and workmanship. The company personnel were considerate, and professional in every aspect. from introduction to cleanup. The value received far exceeded the cost.

"EXPLANATION : - job was completed prior to payment, EXCEPT we accidentally forgot to remove the tarp that protecting top of chimney during the curing process of the CrownSeal crown repair. TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMER, Mr. Vasta, My sincerest apologies for accidentally forgetting to remove the tarp. It was not intentional but nevertheless a mistake on my part. Besides that little bump in the road, I hope that the remainder of your fireplace project went smooth and that you were over all completely satisfied with your(firebox)rebuild. And that you do enjoy being able to use it safely with a peace of mind for years to come."
