Glass Shower Door or Enclosure Installation
Do not recommend. ??
Broke 2- 12x24 expensive tile pieces, sloppy work. Brought wrong shower door, clips, handles. Ran silicone over clips, drilled holes in tile, didn't fix it.
Most of all took my money, promised to return to fix everything, he did not. I called several times. He will not answer or respond.
I got bids from other companies to fix his employees bad work, All quoted over $700 to fix it.

Terrible customer service experience. Estimate received 2/16/24. Howard and I spoke on 2/16/24 and he agreed I would pay him 100% when complete. Estimate approved immediately thereafter on 2/16/24. After countless phone calls, messages and emails in almost two months, someone named Sam finally answered the phone and replied they did not do the work because I did not give a 50% deposit. Grateful I did not give a deposit to someone who cant even return a call or respond to an email. I highly encourage anyone to find another company for their glass and glazing needs.

Glass Shower Door or Enclosure Installation
Howard has done an amazing job installing the frameless shower door. He returned to fix the manufacturers problem with just a phone call from me indicating the problem. He was always polite and respectful and didn't mind my kids watching him work. I will definitely call him again for future projects!

Howard was very prompt, professional and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I checked the pricing for this same window with other companies and they wanted to charge at least $100 more installed. Howard come out to look at my window the day that I called, ordered the glass and was back to finish the job very quickly. BTW the technicians are mobile based not necessarily based in Navasota so you don't need to worry that they are far away or that it will take a long time for them to reach the NW Houston suburbs.

I was able to get sameday service. I was given a replacement window not a board to cover the broken window. Other companys wanted to charge extra to cover the window. Thank you Amen Glass you truely answered my prayers in my time of need.
