I hired America-A-Pipe to run heat to my attic. I met with Frank multiple times and he explained the process thoroughly. Frank is very knowledgeable about what he does and makes recommendations to help you out. He is very friendly and makes the process so much easier by explaining the ins and outs of what needs to get done. I was quoted a lesser amount by other plumbers but I chose to hire Frank because of his knowledge and explanation of what needed to get done. I will certainly hire him for any future projects and I recommend him to anyone that is looking to hire plumber for a project.

Never came back to fix slow leak in connection at one of the circulator pumps after repeated calls. Installed electronic control box which contains heat sensitive components right next to the hot pipe coming out of the boiler. Manufacturer installation instructions says to install on wall near boiler. I had to wedge pipe insulation between the back of the control box and the hot boiler pipe to prevent premature failure of this expensive electronic control box.

When I found Frank on the HomeAdvisor, he was my #4 plumber who not only resolved my heating problem (putting in a boiler system) but had shown me that he is such a great human being. He is a hand-on experienced plumber who loves his works and shows tremendous pride in his works. Great working ethics, comes on time (even on Sunday!) to give me an estimate, does his works promptly. Don't pay them in advance or pray. I hired Frank on March 03, 2013. job was completed to convert oil to natural gas. I just had to wait about six months since I paid nearly 80% of money in advance. He said he would complete in two weeks but took months. He did not complete 30% of plumbing which he said he would before hiring him. In six months, his truck or his crew truck died twice and he had surgery once; in short, so many lies. At the end, he did not remove old oil plumbing underneath the ground floor instead he hid it; he said he does this all the time. Get complete refund if he does not c

"Customers anger should not be with the Plumber it was with Con Edison which took them more than 70days to install new gas line in street because this customers gas line was deemed inadequate and unsafe by them. Amer-A-Pipe values customer safety and will never move without doing work in a legal and professional maner. Customer is unhappy because Plumber would not bend rules and law of license to satisify his needs."
