"I have tried to explain to you and nauseam, through your nonstop insults and threats to me personally that by your own admission, your water problem is coming from another company's waterproofing system. A system totally unrelated to Ameri-Dry® Waterproofing. This leaking system is located in another room, separated by a 12-inch footing and an 8" block wall. Yet knowing this you still insist Ameri-Dry® is somehow responsible for a system we did not install. So much so that you lured our service tech to your home under the guise that it was our system leaking and thereby our responsibility/problem. After opening the floor our tech immediately realized this was not our system and called the office. I in turn called you, and your verbal abuse began. The picture that you have uploaded shows the block wall where the OLD waterproofing system stops. This is clearly not an Ameri-Dry® System. So in an effort to help you understand what you are asking of us, we also took pictures. Since Home Advisor does not give us the option to upload pictures, here is the link to those pictures - ameri-dry.com/old-system. (if it doesn't click through, cut and paste) The first picture shows the existing old system after we opened the floor. As you can see, it is a white pipe and gravel system packed in mud and covered with landscaping silt cloth. Ameri-Dry® stopped using this type of gravel system 20 years ago after patenting our first gravel less system, Ameri-Drain®. The second and third pictures shows our system. And, the fourth picture shows our system before concreting. In closing, I would like to say, we at Ameri-Dry stand ready to address any customer concern or complaint as long as it pertains to a waterproofing system we actually installed. And on a more personal note, cheap threats and insults are both childish and ineffective, they accomplish nothing."
