job started off good but once after installation was complete no follow up as the water pressure is still low in my kitchen and water is not hot downstairs ? now I have to hire someone to fix it right!!!! frustrating

They did an excellent job.

Sean seems respectable and is trying to be a good business man and a quality plumber. The overflow line that drains to the pan was installed too far out and would not reach the pan. He repositioned it only by moving it closer by hand, but it can easily, swing back under pressure from the water, and move out of reach of the pan and flood the area and the floor below. It should have been recut and positioned closer to the water heater. Although he was reluctant to provide a short term warranty on just his labor, he did agree finally to a 30 day warranty. His father interceeded and told his son not to issue the warranty and the father threatened to go back inside and take apart the work that was done unless I paid them immediately. This is not allowed by law to do this. His father was totally disrespectable, aggressive, and unethical, and if I have Sean do any futher work for me in the future, which I may, his father will not be allowed to come on the property.

Overpriced, unclear about equipment being installed and they even drained the old water heater throughout the garage causing damage. Don't end up like me.

I previously had called two different plumbing companies to come out and snake out my line but they never got to the root cause of the problem. Ameri-Flo came out and immediately camera'd my entire line and found a break in my pipe. They gave me a reasonable quote and never charged me for the camera inspection. There work ethic was spectacular and left my yard cleaner then when they first arrived. Highly recommend! 5-Stars!!
