The crew did an amazing job on my concrete patio. I hired AmeriPro to install lattices and install 2 doors. I was away for work. When i returned the jobs were done. The patio looked just like pictures Upon my return I did a walk around on porch and lattices. The screen looked horrible. Another contractor installed the screen. My picture that i sent Alek of scrrened porch showed a taut screen.The previous contractor did not frame in screens the way i saw when doing my research but they were tightly fitted. My door that was installed would not latch. So i hired Ameripro to fix that door and install 2nd door. Alek installed doors left one part of frame just pushed up not nailed nor stapled down...the mesh was exposed in several areas by each door mesh no longer taut It is so loose when the wind blows the looseness highly visible !𠤨 The lattice work shotty Alek told me to purchase 50 packs of 12 screws.I only bought 45 packs of which only 7 packs used. He told me to order 12 pairs of caps and 2 posts. I was told to buy a minimum of 12 lattices and back of the house would look much better if i finished all around. Only 7 lattices we used and none of the caps and posts were used. Debris: old lattices and cuts from newly installed was left in the yard from all the jobs. Alek even enclosed left over compound and pavers from patio job behind the lattices. If I were to remove it I would have to unscrew remove and reattach. By the time I returned most of the items not used my returns totaled $793.00! I still have the unused lattices to return...a conundrum because I have a medium size sedan. HD delivered all materials. Even though i sent before and after pictures Aleksandr was trying to blame me or the previous contractor for his inferior work. The picture before Alek no signs of screens hanging over wood framing after anywhere he worked loose screen an overhang. Lattices were cut unevenly through out. My sons and I could have done that inferior job...I did not expect from a pro.

Alex and the team at AmeriPro were very easy to work with. They did a really great job working on my deck, and I especially appreciated how great they were at communicating throughout the process. I would definitely hire them again!

I recently contacted AmeriPro Remodeling about rebuilding the 40-year old deck on my townhouse. Aleks responded promptly to my request, explained my options, came to my house to make measurements, ordered the materials, removed my old deck and then constructed my beautiful new deck. Aleks was very professional and responsive during our whole renovation. His attention to detail was far beyond other contractors I have worked with in the past, making sure everything was done correctly. Our entire bathroom needed to be gutted including pipes, baseboards, floors, electricity, venting, and tiling... everything. The shower tile is seamless, the hand cut countertop fits perfectly, and the ideas Aleks brought took the bathroom to another level. Just to list a few - Bluetooth speaker/vent, additional recess lighting, LED mirror, and built in shower shelves. I cannot say enough good things about AmeriPro and Aleks, and am I looking forward to working with him on the future.

Aleks and his very capable crew replaced and painted my two story high house columns in just two days. He showed outstanding planning, customer communication, quality of workmanship, and professionalism. He showed up exactly when he said he would and completed the work quickly without interruption. I highly recommend Aleks and will use him again for my next project.

We met with Aleksander Sablin to discuss the project and after listening to his explanations and suggestions felt confidant that he would do an excellent job. The final job exceeded our expectations. Mr. Sablin is truly a professional who takes great pride in his work and ensures that everything is done carefully and correctly. The job was completed within the time frame of the contract and we are delighted with our new bathroom with its new lighting, plumbing, flooring, step-in shower and new fixtures.

Answered all questions, professional, excellent work quality, excellent communication. Put down new tile, removed old cabinets, covered exposed piping, put up drywall. Was willing to add on additional tasks as they came up and still completed the job on time. Best experience with home improvement! Will contact again for future work!
