on time & a great job

Very professional, and explained every aspect of the report afterward. Even with my background in construction the inspector found issues I missed. It's the best money you'll ever spend. They give you every piece of information you need to make the perfect decision in the home buying process.

The gentlemen that did our inspection was nice but wasn't very thorough at all. The inspection only took him and hour and when we went back through and walked with him we found things he didn't. His response was 'oh I didn't notice that'...which we didn't feel very good about. Ultimately he was a very nice man but I thought the point of an inspection was the over the top attention to detail. Which we didn't feel he had enough of. We ended up saving abut 30 dollars going through this company as opposed to one that was recommended to us. We regret not spending the extra money to have be work

The tech, while running a little behind to start the inspection, was fantastic. This is the first house my wife and I have purchased and he was very good at pointing out things to watch for and little tips as he went about the inspection. Having him out to inspect my potential new house made me feel all the more confident and ready to call it home!

Inspection did not note the poor quality of the windows which was obvious to us, but did find that the furnace was emitting carbon monixide and left a note for the owners, essentially "saving their lives." We paid for their information. Telling them was the right thing to do, however, we feel they should pay for the information not us. Also, inspection did not include a look at the space above the ceiling and below the roof. A need to know for a home buyer.
