Founded in 1987, AmeriTint has been the "One-Stop Solution" for window improvements in the DFW Metroplex. AmeriTint continues to prove that outstanding customer service, superior products, and satisfied clients are the lifeline of our business. Installing solar control window films to your home or office will provide up to 84% rejection of the suns solar energy and 99% of the sun's transmitted U.V. which causes premature fading, and degradation of floors and furnishings. We install only the highest quality solar control products available. All the products we offer have lifetime warranties when applied to your home. We also offer custom solar screens, glass detailing and insulated glass replacement. Our full replacement window systems are made locally by Don Young Company (dycwindows.com). These new replacement Vinyl Windows are Energy Star, and NFRC rated. Also, the SunShield Vinyl Windows qualify for the 2010 Home Energy Tax Credit.

With the installer being over an hour late with no phone call indicating that they were running behind schedule. Also I had to call twice in order to get someone to come back and look at the concern I had with gaps between my window frame and the newly installed screen. I'm no all that pleased with the companines customer service.

Great job. I had solar screens made for an older home, with non-traditional window sizes. Estimator was responsive, quick review of the work and provided speed in delivery. Did the job as promised on the date scheduled and showed up on time. Installer was great and knew the work that was to be done. Would recommend again.

This contractor did a FANTASTIC job on my windows! We are very particular about the appearance of our home, inside and out. We had concerns about the film looking "mirror-like" from the outside. After the full installation, we are amazed how beautiful it is and we can already feel the difference. A/C isn't running as much to keep house cool. Glare is eliminated and we're left with cool comfortable light throughout. The crew was very courteous, moved and repositioned furniture and blinds! I highly recommend this contractor to anyone seeking window tint service. If I had to name one negative thing, it's that I didn't do this sooner!

My window coverings are very hard to take down and put back up. After they had gone, my husband had to re-install one of the blinds that would not work right. The windows have bubbles in the tinting that they said would go away over the next few weeks. We are alittle nervous about that. But if that works out OK, we plan to hire them to tint some windows upstairs.
