Our carpet installer found 9x9 tile under the existing carpet and would not install the carpet without an asbestos abatement company testing. I contacted America asbestos solutions Julian Ramirez about getting a tile tested and told me he would pick up a tile and have it tested for $170.00. I removed all the tiles and called him back and told him all the tiles were removed and if I still needed to get the tile tested. He told me I could save money and do an air quality test that would only cost $100.00 and told me to paint the floor. The next day he came over and looked at the room and said everything looked good and want me to give him a check for $400.00, and he would email me the paper work with the test results. I wrote him the check, and he was ready to leave. I asked about the testing, and he told me he did not need to do it and knew what the test results would be. I required him to do the testing. I would not use this company again or recommend him to anyone. He changed prices on me and was not going to do the testing but would fill out the paper work.

"We are sorry that things didn't work out for us. We just want to make it clear that we would NEVER advise any potential client to remove any possible ACM containing tile. That being said, when we arrived to take the sample, there was no longer any floor tile or mastic to take a sample from. This is why we advised you that the next thing to do would be to do an Air Quality Test. Since the floor tile was removed improperly (something we would never advise to be done) if the floor tile contained asbestos then all those fibers are now in the air. Very reasonable pricing for the work. They were very efficient while removing asbestos tape from our ductwork in the basement. It was a tough job but they put in two long work days to get it done quick. They also scraped lead paint, sealed the walls, and laid epoxy down on a storage room in our basement and the work was excellent. If we find any more lead paint we will definitely be using this company again! I now have piece of mind having the hazards removed from our basement thanks to Asbestos Solutions.

"WARNING" DANGER KEPT AWAY if you care about yourself and family you will keptway from these people they donot care about you or your family all they care for is the money they donot know what they are doing they will cantaminate your home, and bewear of Julian he is a wolf in sheep's clotheding.

"Jose, after we sent 3 HVAC companies to replace your sheet metal (duct work) you were not satisfied with none of their work. We tried to work with you to ensure that you were happy with the work. In the end you demanded that we reimburse you $1,000. If we did not comply to your demands, you threatened to leave a negative review. We tried our best work with you. We are sorry that you felt the need to leave such a negative review. This was a job that should have been completed in a day. We spent a week trying to work with you to make sure you were happy with the work. In the end, it was costing the company more to continue. We did our best."
