Carlos gave me an estimate and the next morning he and his associate, Nelson, came on time and finished the entire project within several hours. The work they did on both wooden gates to repair them was EXCELLENT. I would highly recommend Carlos for any job. He is experienced, creative and a problem solver. He came up with two wonderful alternative solutions that saved me a lot of money. His price was very reasonable. I would use him again without hesitation.

very pleasant , fair pricing and very good workmanship , I am very happy to have Carlos and his team to fix my 30year old fence, great job.

I met for an hour with Carlos regarding my fence project, and I relayed to him very clearly what I wanted done. We had previously (different person) removed the fence between my house and neighbors house to install a pool and saved/reused most of the panels, just replaced kickboards and put new posts in cement. I was very clear that I wanted a new gate as mine was rotted and I very clearly stated the fence was to be painted, and Carlos said, oh yes, it will last longer and we will put 3 coats on it because the 1st coat will soak in and you want it nice where your pool is. I clarified that I wanted it painted on my neighbor s side because they were kind and allowed us to take the fence down and have been so patient. I then told him I wanted surrounds to cover/hide the pool equipment and a/c. He then said $1,500 for all of this and gestured as though including all in the back yard. The $1,500 was lower than another bid (which in hindsight I wish I had gone with) so I asked when he could start. He sent his guy, Nelson over to do the job. Every time I mentioned what Carlos and I had talked about (Carlos went to Hawaii the morning after bidding and setting up job); I was told that isnt part of the bid (Carlos left off a few things that he said $1500 for all this! ). It ended up nearly DOUBLE the cost, to top it off Nelson took a 2x4 that we had purchased for our part of the project and I don t have a truck to haul another one here! They also said they were going to clean up the mud mess and didnt do that at all. Very deceitful in my opinion. I would not recommend.

Fast and efficient work done by very pleasant people

This company was very professional, cleaned up after themselves, just had an issue with the actual job specifications. They did nice work, but next time for both of us to make sure each understands the job expectations.

Carlos is a very nice and professional person. He and his crews worked hard to get the job done fast and to my satisfaction. His price is fair. I would recommend him if you need to have your fence painted or yard clear of unwanted trees and bushes.

They came within one hour of my call. Did the work as agreed, 6 fence posts replaced, cleaned up and were gone in 3 hours. Very good service

What an outstanding gentleman Carlos Bernal is. He kept in constant touch with me even though the weather was miserable. We didn't know when the rain would stop so his crew would be able to work with concrete. When finally the weather cleared, his team was her quickly, did an excellent job and above all else, left my property and my neighbors property in better condition than they found it. There is no question, Carlos and America Clean and Bright, Inc. is on the top of my list for all manner of home repair jobs. I wish them all a very happy holiday season

There's a min. of $200. If you have a small job, I suggest you include another small job before you call them.
