I had Bamboo floors installed in the entire lower/middle level of my home. There were many of his team at the house, and at first glance I thought they were doing a good job....after 3 days...living in my bedroom, the floors looked very nice! After further review, I saw glue all over the floors, his team was very sloppy and tracked glue over most of the floors. Sub floors were not installed over the concrete floors, etc. so they started to buckle.... Elsio is a very honorable person and stands up for his word! He replaced the floors, but why should someone have to go through it twice???

He did a great job! It was a small job for him to fit into his schedule, but he got here today and it looks absolutely perfect! I couldn't be happier. He's also a really nice guy! Would definitely use him again, and recommend him to anyone who needs hardwood floor repairs.

I had laminate floors and 5 1/4" molding installed in my living room, family room, dining room, bath room, entrance way and laundry room. They first had to remove ceramic tile from the entrance way, kitchen and bathroom. They started the project on time and worked full days until it was completed. Returned calls immediately. Answered all questions. Were polite and hard working. But most importantly the finished product exceeded my expectations.

America Hardwood - Elcio and Gilson were on time and performed work as spcified in the contract. Were very professional in approach and did a good job overall.

Elcio's staff did a wonderful job. Elcio saved me a lot of money by recommending that I refinish my existing wood floors.. They turned BEAUTIFUL at a fraction of the cost.

He was honest explaining to me why the floors did not require refinishing at this time. He also provided valuable tips on maintenance.

So far everything is working out well. He is in the middle of the work and it should be completed tomorrow. I will complete the rating then.

Elcio did a great job refinishing our hardwood floors. He was courteous and professional and thoroughly explained everything. The floors needed to be nailed down because they were so squeaky, he covered the holes with putty and we can't see any nail holes at all. The job was completed and finished exactly on time, and it would have been finished early if we hadn't had so much rain that week (bad drying weather). There was not a speck of dust or trash anywhere when the project was finished. I highly recommend Elcio!

They have not done the job yet. I will complete the rating when the work is completed.

I had a very good experience with America Hardwood Floors, who installed 1400sqft of hardwood floor in my house: quick, precise and all at a very good price. Keep up the good work guys!
