They left the place a mess did not provide pre covering for the dust and did not clean up after. All the dust trigger all my son's allergy . I will not use or recommend him again

Our renters destroyed our wood floors over a three year period. James and crew came in, replaced a couple boards, sanded the rest and they now look like new. Prices are very low for the area. I rated him low on customer service because he promising to give me a receipt, but has failed to do so after several times contacting him.

Communications was a real problem as they were in and out so quickly. There was no opportunity to inspect or give any feedback before they were gone. They did a great job in the most part but some concerns were not addressed that I found out later

Outstanding. Selling a house and hired them to do 2 floors. After the first day, we hired them to do the rest. The job was excellent. Two contractors doing other work thought we had new floors installed. When they learned it was just refinished, they both wanted the contact information. Also 3 realtors wanted the name as well. They came when they said they would come. They did what they promised to deliver and more. Amazing cleanup when done. I have had other floors done in the past, this was the first time I truly believe there is a dust free refinishing. I would hire them again.

Though I would recommend America for refinishing your floors I would also make sure that he be more careful as far as clean-up prior to applying the finish and make sure he doesn't leave runs and drops of finish on the floor. I have several places where there are runs and drops of finish that were not brushed out correctly.
