I was impressed with their knowledge and experience even though they were using some new technology having the manufacture rep along with the local supplier rep.. They did not allow the seminar nature of the day to distract from the professional service with a focus on completing our project. They exceeded my expectations in getting our project completed with courtesy and integrity, even while having myself as the homeowner observing the entire projectâ ¦ When I was in business, I threatened a surtax if the owner wanted to watchâ ¦ lol
