America Restorations, LLC

I was not planning to write a review, but I recently tried to get proof of the asbestos removed and payments I made, but radio silence. Really disappointed, but not surprised considering I had an awful experience working with this company. Sure they were very nice, but they over-promised and under-delivered to me. I had higher expectations based on my initial interactions, but that went away once this other contractor in the building noticed a few things Long story short, I had to hire a new company to get the job done!!! It was a horrible experience to deal with, especially after giving a deposit for the job. I am not asking for a lot at this point, just proof of what I paid for and I have not even been able to get that. Had to reach out to the Better Business Bureau for their help. But so far, still no response.

Youâ re worried about health concerns and costs to repair the asbestos issue. After sifting through different asbestos removal companies, I found Wilson Germain of America Restorations (AR). AR was the middle cost-wise among other asbestos removal companies, but their feedback was stellar. Before and after booking work with AR, Wilson was highly communicative and responsive to my questions and concerns. He was prompt on the day of the removal and kept me updated. I was impressed with his work ethic because minor issues were during the asbestos removal; however, he found workarounds that didnâ t increase the project cost. In addition, Wilson left the clean after the procedure. Overall, I was highly impressed by Wilson and his team! However, if youâ re looking for quality asbestos removal at fair prices, look no further than America Restorations, LLC.

I needed emergency asbestos abatement (removal) to start a plumbing project to replace a lateral pipe in my house (basement) under concrete floor and yard). I had been working on this with various contractors for 2 months and had a plumbing company selected and had used their recommended contractor for asbestos testing. On a Friday AM, after two consecutive days of waste water backup and clean up, all parties knew the lateral pipe was so degraded that it had to be replaced immediately. The plumbing company was ready to start on Monday but the asbestos company was not willing to work with me to get the job done over the weekend. So American Restorations agreed to do the job over the weekend, kept me informed of times and progress and did the job to my satisfaction and more importantly to the satisfaction of my plumbing company. Plumbing company completed their job on time on Monday thanks to American Restorations. Thank you to America Restorations. My life is back to normal. I would certainly use them again if I had a need for their services.

We would recommend American Restoration to others. Professional and friendly and reliable on time. We were very satisfied.

Hired America Restorations for asbestos removal. Fair price and the project was completed faster than expected.

Wilson responded quickly and had a team out in two days. He was professional and his team removed suspected asbestos and left the space very clean. I was happy we hired them and grateful for the quick turnaround. He also hauled away some furniture that had been exposed to the dust for which I was very grateful. Thanks!

Wilson and Mario were great to work with and we are happy with the results of our abatement project.

Wilson responded promptly to an urgent need for asbestos removal. He did the work on time for a reasonable price. Wilson is very personable & I would be happy to work with him again/recommend to others.
